STAR Kälte Service GmbH specializes in cleaning process lines. Stubborn deposits such as limescale, biofilms, or sludge can significantly impair the efficiency of systems, reduce product quality, and, in the worst case, cause production downtime.

During service calls, a proven impeller pump is used in combination with specially formulated cleaning agents. These agents target different types of deposits and enable thorough cleaning of water-carrying systems – without any disassembly and with minimal downtime. 

The pump is highly versatile and can be used, for example, to boost pressure, to add larger quantities of chemicals, as a chemical feed valve, as a cleaning pump for small systems, as a circulation pump during neutralization, to empty containers and tanks, for system water changes, or even for resin changes. Particularly important in this context was the practical base plate combined with the box: This allows the pump to be transported safely and ensures that it remains stable and secure at all times during use.
